In my personal opinion, Italy is one of the most beautiful pavilions during the Flower and Garden Festival. Alongside their topiary scene they have so many different potted plants in pretty pinks, purples, and white. Whether it’s during the festival or not, I say you should take your time when walking around through this pavilion.
